Theresa worked for a period of time as the manager of a women's clothing store, moving on to own her own shop. After her second child was born, she closed her dress shop and opened the door to her new career in Real Estate. She has now been a Realtor for 11 years, and has been one of Alamogordo's Top Realtors every year. Theresa was voted Alamogordo's Realtor of the Year for 2003.

Theresa is very active and devoted to everything she does. She is especially devoted to being a good mother to her two children, Cole (18 years old) and KC (16 years old). She is very active in PTA and does extensive volunteering at the schools. Her favorite hobbies include camping, biking, working out, shopping, and more shopping.

Theresa's eagerness to please, and her love for God, her family, her friends, and her customers are what has made her a great person and a great Realtor.

Mike Nelson was born in Puerto Rico as a part of a military family. They were later stationed here in Alamogordo at HAFB. Upon retiring, the family decided to make Alamogordo their permanent home. Mike was an electrician for a time before embarking on a career in Real Estate. Mike has been a Realtor since 1985, and has been the #1 Realtor in Otero County since 1989.

Mike enjoys spending his free time in the outdoors mountain biking and hunting. He also manages to find time to help his friends, neighbors and their children. Whether it's hauling kids to a basketball game or re-wiring a house for a good friend, you can count on Mike to be there.
